Everything You Wanted to Know
The main difference is the depth and duration of the training. Basic Training (1 hour) provides an introduction and initial tools. Extended Training (4 hours) goes deeper and includes practice. Full Training (14 hours) is the most comprehensive, includes specialization in complex topics and provides international certification.
Yes. Upon completion of the Full Training (14 hours), an official international Mental Health First Aid certification is awarded. Other training programs provide a certificate of participation.
